Serving as Lead Photographer for DreamHack Dallas, I was responsible for managing the entire visual capture strategy across this massive, multi-day gaming festival environment. My leadership ensured comprehensive coverage of the entire ecosystem, including the competitive esports finals, the unique BYOC culture, vibrant fan engagement, and critical sponsor activations. This role required strategic planning to ensure reliable delivery of a wide range of visual assets crucial for marketing the event's cultural breadth, all while maintaining quality control and high standards for the full team's output under extreme event pressure.
